The development of intelligent home security robot


ABSTRACT

The security system of home and building is an important issue to human daily life. We develop a multiple remote interface security system (MRlSS), that integrated with intelligent security robot (ISR), security supervise computer, GSM module, RF interface and appliances control module. The multiple remote interface security system can detect abnormal and dangerous situation and notify us through Internet, or send the message to cellular phone through GSM module. The MRISS can control the appliance control module using wireless RF interface. The user can remote control appliance using cell phone through GSM module, too. The appliance module can feedback reaction result to the user through cell phone. First, we develop the communication protocol in MRISS, and design the multiple interface security robot, security module and appliance control module. Then we implement the MRISS function using the proposed method applying in security detection and appliance control. We can monitor the condition in home or building through Internet, and receive a message of the detection information to cellular phone using wireless RF interface embedded in the ISR. We can also use cell phone to instruct ISR to control appliances. ISR controls appliances via wireless RF module. We have developed and demonstrated the success of the project presented situation here in.

Cyberdyne Corp of Japan is now offering a strong exoskeleton called HAL-5. It is 1.6 meters tall and weighs 23 Kg = 50 pounds. Pneumatic Bumper for Four Wheeler


The technology of pneumatics has gained tremendous importance in the field of workplace rationalization and automation from old-fashioned timber works and coalmines to modern machine shops and space robots. It is therefore important thattechnicians and engineers should have a good knowledge of pneumatic system, air operated valves and accessories.
The aim is to design and develop a control system based anintelligent electronically controlled automotive bumper activationsystem is called “
AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC BUMPER 
”.
This system isconsists of IR transmitter and Receiver circuit, Control Unit, Pneumatic bumper system.The IR sensor is used to detect the obstacle. There is any obstacle closer to the vehicle(with in 4 feet), the control signal is given to the bumper activation system.The pneumatic bumper system is used to protect the man and vehicle. This bumper activation system is only activated the vehicle speed above 40-50 km per hour. Thisvehicle speed is sensed by the proximity sensor and this signal is given to the control unitand pneumatic bumper activation system.

NEED FOR AUTOMATION:
Automation can be achieved through computers, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics,etc., of these sources, pneumatics form an attractive medium for low cost automation.The main advantages of all pneumatic systems are economy and simplicity. Automation plays an important role in mass production.For mass production of the product, the machining operations decide thesequence of machining. The machines designed for producing a particular product arecalled transfer machines. The components must be moved automatically from the bins to various machines sequentially and the final component can be placed separately for  packaging. Materials can also be repeatedly transferred from the moving conveyors to thework place and vice versa. Nowadays almost all the manufacturing process is being atomized in order todeliver the products at a faster rate. The manufacturing operation is being atomized for the following reasons.

An intelligent mobile robot navigation technique using RFID Technology


ABSTRACT








This paper presents an innovative mobile robot navigation technique using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. Navigation based on processing some analog features of an RFID signal is a promising alternative to different types of navigation methods in the state of the art. The main idea is to exploit the ability of a mobile robot to navigate a priori unknown environments without a vision system and without building an approximate map of the robot workspace, as is the case in most other navigation algorithms. This paper discusses how this is achieved by placing RFID tags in the 3-D space so that the lines linking their projections on the ground define the ldquofree waysrdquo along which the robot can (or is desired to) move. The suggested algorithm is capable of reaching a target point in its a priori unknown workspace, as well as tracking a desired trajectory with a high precision. The proposed solution offers a modular, computationally efficient, and cost-effective alternative to other navigation techniques for a large number of mobile robot applications, particularly for service robots, such as, for instance, in large offices and assembly lines. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is illustrated through a number of computer simulations considering testbeds of various complexities.

Over speed indication and Automatic accident Avoiding System for four wheeler


Abstract:

The Object of this project is to detect the speed of the vehicle and cutoff the fuel if it exceeds set speed. This project is designed with micro controller, Proximity Sensor asspeed sensor and driver circuit with Relay and keypad.
      
In this project we are using Proximity sensor as a speed detector.  A Proximity sensor can detect objects without physical contact. A proximity sensor often emits an electromagnetic field or beam and look for changes in the field. The object being sensed is often referred to as the proximity sensor's target. Here is an inductive proximity sensor, requires a metal target.
          
  The proximity sensor fixed near the wheel of vehicle to detect the sensor we fixed one plate on the wheel. When vehicle is traveling on the road proximity sensor crosses the plates and it gives the signal to micro controller.

Except for the Autobahn in Germany, almost all roads have specific speed limits. And it is difficult for the driver to always look out for speed limits signs and adjust his speed accordingly. Over speed indicator is a device that tells the driver if he is exceeding the particular speed limit. With the over speed indicator in your car you can be sure that you are not going get yourself booked for over speeding. The system has a computer which stores the speed limits of different areas. The GPS in the system feeds the exact location of the car to the computer which looks up in its database to determine the permissible speed for the area and limits the car within the allowable speed.
Accident Avoidance systems in a four wheeler is a cocktail of several technological marvels.
1. Emergency Brake Assist (EBA)
In an emergency, many people do not depress the brake pedal hard enough. EBA senses an emergency braking situation and helps the driver to reduce speed in the shortest distance possible.

2.  Dynamic Stability and traction Control (DSTC)
DSTC makes driving on twisty and slippery road conditions safer, by using sensors to detect whether any of the wheels is losing traction. DSTC has the ability to cut power in a flash, helping the car to regain its grip. If in any case the car shows a tendency to skid the system automatically slows the particular wheels to help maintain control.

EBD makes sure that the braking forces of the car are distributed between the front and the rear brakes in order to optimize braking efficiency.

FABRICATION OF TURBO SUPER 

CHARGER

SYNOPSIS


An attempt has been made in this project; the exhaust gas is used to rotate the turbine with blower arrangement. Exhaust gas is used to rotate the blower and this air is given to the ignition input supply. Our fore most aim in selecting this project is to use efficiency turbo charging. It is also good with regard to economical considerations and engine efficiency. 




                                                                         INTRODUCTION

The output of the engine exhaust gas is given to the input of the turbine blades, so that the pressurized air produced. This power, the alternate power must be much more convenient in availability and usage. The next important reason for the search of effective, unadulterated power are to save the surrounding environments including men, machine and material of both the existing and the next forth generation from pollution, the cause for many harmful happenings and to reach the saturation point. 
The most talented power against the natural resource is supposed to be the electric and solar energies that best suit the automobiles. The unadulterated zero emission electrical and solar power, is the only easily attainable alternate source. Hence we decided to incorporate the solar power in the field of automobile, the concept of many Multi National Companies (MNC) and to get relieved from the incorrigible air pollution.
